This home was updated with clean modern midcentury feel. Soft trowel ceilings replaced the popcorn ceilings, and the washed gray rift sawn oak flooring and flat paneled rift sewn oak wainscot was added to the walls to anchor the space and add warmth to the living and dining rooms. The kitchen had a major face lift with rift sawn opaque warm graphite stained cabinets, new stainless appliances, quarts solid surface tops and a natural stone subway tile back splash. A stainless farm sink and brushed nickel picture light over sink area adds to the contemporary feel.
